Senior Account Executive (APAC)

Social Pinpoint is a leading GovTech SaaS platform helping governments deliver meaningful community engagement. We’re expanding across the APAC and looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive growth with Local government, Utilities Mining, Energy and/or Renewable clients.
Base pay range
A$104,000.00/yr - A$188,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for Social Pinpoint’s engagement platform.
- Build relationships with city and county leaders—Public Engagement Managers, Communications Directors, and more.
- Lead consultative sales conversations aligned with civic goals.
- Represent Social Pinpoint at conferences, webinars, and in-person meetings.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in GovTech or CivicTech.
- Proven success selling to Local government Utilities Mining, Energy and/or Renewable client agencies.
- Background in community engagement or stakeholder participation.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Australia.
Bonus Points
- Experience with platforms like PublicInput, GoVocal, Granicus, Zencity, or CivicPlus.
- Familiarity with IAP2 principles or public participation frameworks.
