**About the role | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract**
Reporting to the People Readiness Lead as part of a highly motivated team, your primary focus is to provide change support to the business across different kinds of initiatives including a strong focus on digital and people transformation changes.

- You will have demonstrated experience working with change for business transformation and prioritising change requirements across programs of work.
- Experience to operate strategically and to confidently leverage tools and templates and coach others to do the same.
- You are a natural collaborator with experience gaining buy-in and facilitating new ways of thinking and acting across all levels of a business.
- Formal Change Management Certification such as Prosci or specialised study in the field of Change Management is highly desired.
- Experience working with technology specialists is highly desired.
- Flexible and adaptable with the proven ability to navigate a transformational environment.
- Forward looking, resilient and tenacious with a holistic approach.
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to help manage the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technology and culture.
- Work closely with the business to ensure change management strategies result in employee behaviour and mindset change that improves customer experience and increases return on investment for these initiatives.
- Contribute professional advice and experience to the organisation's strategic and operational plans to realise measurable benefits for customers and employees.
