And we're looking for someone who wants to become the go-to property expert for the South East.
The Role
This isn't just a "job".
You'll be the local face and leader of Pathway Melbourne South East, helping families and professionals find their next home while building your reputation as the area's property specialist.
You'll help clients:
* Find the right suburbs
* Secure the right property
* Navigate negotiations and auctions
* Avoid costly mistakes
* And ultimately find a home they love
Along the way, you'll also build a strong personal brand as the South East property expert, sharing insights about the area, the market, and the lifestyle.
What Your Week Might Look Like
Inspecting properties across Casey, Cardinia and Greater Dandenong
Catching up with local agents, business owners, and community leaders to build relationships and grow the business
Helping clients plan where and what to buy
Negotiating deals and helping clients secure their home
Working with Pathway Property's residential investment division to secure deals
No two weeks will look exactly the same — and that's part of the fun.

Remuneration
* On-Target-Earnings for Year 1: $150,000 - $200,000 (Base Salary of $100,000 + Super + Aggressive Uncapped Commissions)
* On-Target-Earnings for Year 3: $300,000 - $400,000 (Base salary + profit sharing)
