Your Role:
* Complete daily opening and closing procedures
* Assist with stocktake and prep list planning
* Prepare food to Costa Taco standards — fast, fresh, consistent
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen throughout your shift
* Restock service stations (grill, pass, bain-marie) as needed
* Follow food safety protocols — temp logs, sanitising, HACCP
* Monitor and record food wastage
* Support inventory and stock rotation procedures
* Contribute to smooth lunch and dinner service operations
* Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with the team
What You Bring:
* Kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
* Strong attention to detail, speed, initiative, and cleanliness.
* Passion for food and consistency.
