Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Coordinator to oversee the efficient, safe, and timely delivery of large-scale construction projects.
* This role involves managing trades, contractors, and resources, ensuring effective scheduling and supervision to maximise site productivity.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, resolving issues, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* A key aspect of this position is serving as a liaison between subcontractors, consultants, and visitors, fostering a collaborative site culture through clear communication.
* Maintenance of accurate site records, cost monitoring, and documentation accuracy, including daily dockets and site diaries, are also essential duties.
Requirements:
* Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in construction or related fields.
* Minimum experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on large-scale projects, preferably valued over $100 million.
* Strong working knowledge of building regulations, health and safety requirements, and quality assurance processes.
* Ability to proactively oversee site activities, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
* Skilled in managing site operations, resolving challenges, and ensuring compliance.
* Experience in coordinating trades, contractors, and resources to ensure seamless site workflow.
