What will you do?
Supervise junior cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignmentsProvide support to the Sous Chef for dinner services, degustation, food preparation and serviceObserves and execute methods of food preparation and cooking, size of portion, and garnishing of foodApply knowledge of various cooking techniques

Certificate III Commercial Cookery essentialProven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchenCreativity and passion for food with a commitment to exceptional serviceFirst Aid Certificate preferred
