Key Role: Strategic Business Analyst
The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive business analytics, fostering sustainable growth aligned with organisational objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Deliver insightful month-end commentaries to executive stakeholders.
* Consolidate weekly revenue forecasts using advanced data visualisation tools.
* Develop and manage quarterly/annual operating budgets, ensuring timely completion.
* Prepare high-quality financial reports for presentation to executive management.
* Identify and correct transactional discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Calculate and report commissions accurately.
* Analyse and reconcile profit and loss accounts, highlighting monthly variances.
* Provide critical financial support to leadership in developing strategic organisational initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, or a degree in a relevant business discipline.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and TM1, with Power BI experience highly desirable.
* Knowledge of ERP financial modules, specifically TM1 and Microsoft Dynamics.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Proven experience in supporting financial cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
