Hays is currently partnered with an organisation servicing children and young adults with neurological and physical disabilities to recruit a part time Receptionist to commence from the 17th August for a period of 4 weeks.
**Your recent role**
You will work 8am - 2pm Monday to Friday with responsibilities that include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling and cancelling bookings
- Greeting clients when they arrive
- General reception and administrative tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed, you will need:
- Availability from the 17th August for 4 weeks
- IT proficiency including MS Office, Outlook
- Experience in a Reception role (medical reception ideal, but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A warm and welcoming demeanour
- Please note, you must show proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status to be considered for this role.
