What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $61,150 – $76,500 per annum, plus superannuation.
- Penalty Rates: Weeknights (after 7:00 PM): 120% of the standard rate and Overtime: 150% of the standard rate.
- Performance-Based Incentives: $5 bonus for each client rebooking, $5 bonus for each client request and 10% commission on all product sales.
- Employment Options: Permanent Full-time or Part-time positions available.

About the Role
This is a spa-focused therapist position in a calming, premium environment—not your typical high-volume salon. You’ll perform:
- Relaxation and aromatherapy massage.
- Organic facials, LED and microdermabrasion.
- Face and body sugaring, waxing and tinting.
We provide full onboarding and ongoing training to keep your skills sharp and your confidence high.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III in Beauty Therapy (minimum required).
- Spa or wellness clinic experience is ideal, but newly qualified therapists are also encouraged to apply—we’re here to support your development.
