The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Café Team Members to join our vibrant team at Cairns Airport.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming approach
* Take orders, prepare food and beverages, and maintain a smooth operation
* Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team
* Ensure the café maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Help travelers feel right at home – no matter how early or late the hour
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Experience in a café or customer service role (preferably with food and coffee)
* RSA preferred but not essential
* Food Safety Certificate
* Well-groomed and professionally presented
* A positive attitude and love for customer interaction
* Reliable transportation to the airport
* Availability to work a mix of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
* Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
