What You'll Be Doing
Mixing and managing dough with care—hydration, yeast, rest times, and fermentation all matter here
Proofing with precision, keeping an eye on temp, timing, and texture
Portioning and balling dough consistently, ready for service
Stretching by hand to maintain structure and achieve that perfect crust—light, blistered, never overworked
Keeping your section sharp, clean, and ready—from prep to pack down
Working closely with a supportive team to deliver smooth, high-quality service
Contributing to a culture of calm professionalism and mutual respect
What We're Looking For
Experience working with pizza in a quality-driven, fast-paced kitchen
Strong knowledge of dough lifecycle—fermentation, proofing, and peak performance
A disciplined, detail-focused approach to prep and serviceSomeone who works clean, thinks ahead, and brings a calm presence to the kitchen
A collaborative mindset—we work together, not in silos
