About the Role
We're on the lookout for a caring and committed Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Whether you're a new graduate, early career clinician, or an experienced OT, we'll tailor support to meet you where you're at:
* New graduates and early career OTs will benefit from a structured onboarding program, shadowing, and close mentoring to build confidence and capability.
* Experienced clinicians will enjoy autonomy, complex caseloads, opportunities to mentor juniors, or advanced practice roles.
You will work primarily with Home Care Package (HCP) recipients and NDIS participants, supporting them in their homes, supported accommodations, and occasionally retirement villages.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
* Conducting functional capacity, housing and support needs, and home safety assessments.
* Prescribing and recommending assistive technology (AT) and equipment.
* Supporting clients with minor and major home modifications.
* Developing therapy plans to increase independence in daily living.
* Advocating for your clients and liaising with care managers, support coordinators, and families.
* Working with a diverse mix of clients across the lifespan and with varied support needs
* Managing your own calendar to balance client visits, documentation, and professional development within standard 9am–5pm hours
* Participating in regular team meetings, supervision, and peer learning

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Full AHPRA registration.
