Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care, advice and education in line with clinical guidelines and evidence relevant to the participant’s conditions and clinical needs.
- Continually evaluate participant management for effectiveness, efficiency and quality and modify plans appropriately.
- Work effectively and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals and to develop and offer best care, ensuring that participant care is integrated and effective.
- Communicate effectively with participants and families to ensure their understanding, and that their needs and views are included in treatment, care plans and actions.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family centred practices is desirable
- Current driver’s licence
- National Police Check
- Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
