They are seeking a Windows and Door Installation Technician to join their team for structured training, hands-on experience, and a nationally recognised qualification. The role involves tasks across factory operations, logistics, and on-site installations. The technician will develop skills in cutting glass and aluminium, quality assurance, and glazing techniques.
Factory Fabrication:
Cutting glass and aluminium
Assisting with limited manufacturing processes
Conducting quality assurance checks on incoming products
Maintaining factory cleanliness and equipment
Logistics:
Delivering and collecting frames, products, and job site materials
Managing check-in/out of job-related items
Year 1-3 progression: Develop proficiency in factory cutting and manufacturing, manage daily materials, perform computer tasks, and complete TAFE qualifications.
