We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Analys t to join the team here at Stryker in a permanent role. This isn't just about crunching numbers. You'll work side-by-side with leaders in Operations, Customer Experience and Real Estate, providing real-time insights that drive performance and influence strategy. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager - Operations, you'll gain exposure to multiple operational franchises and have the opportunity to grow and develop. What You’ll Be Doing: Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with the Operations Leadership Team — to support cost control, strategic planning, and business performance. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead key elements of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for multiple operational franchises. P&L Control & Insight: Take ownership of P&L management, using data-driven analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Decision Support: Deliver insightful, ad hoc analysis that informs operational decision-making and contributes to business growth. Performance Reporting: Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative approach between Finance, Sales, and Operations to drive efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into meaningful insights. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and business partnering. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and drive improvements. Ideally part-qualified or qualified in a finance/accounting discipline (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
