Key Responsibilities:
* Project Manager: Manage and deliver capital infrastructure programs and projects focusing on Buildings and Open Space.
* Senior Contracts Manager (Superintendent): Administer contracts, act as the strategic contracts' adviser, and ensure alignment with the Council's Capital Works Program.
* Senior Project Manager (Buildings & Open Space): Manage and coordinate the delivery of capital infrastructure programs and projects, ensuring quality standards and efficient management.
* Senior Project Manager (Water & Civil): Manage and coordinate the delivery of capital infrastructure programs and projects, primarily focusing on Water and Civil.
