Facilities Supervisor
About the Role
This is a mid-senior level position that oversees and manages integrated facilities services to ensure operational objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing hard and soft services in a regulated environment, with strong leadership traits and sound understanding of contractual agreements.
* Ensure works are completed according to Service Level Agreements and OH&S guidelines
* Effective staff management, including motivation, development, and performance management
* Management of reporting to stakeholders, including preparation and completion of regular financial, OH&S, and service reports
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Actively managing financial models to meet set targets
* Interpreting and amending contractual agreements as per business requirements
* Developing strong working relationships and maintaining a professional attitude with employees and contacts
