What You'll Do
* Provide fast-paced customer service via telephone, email, and in person in our trade store
* Recommend the best products or services to match customer needs
* Maintain trade store presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking
* Inform customers of new product ranges and applicable services
* Understand customer sales history, proactively identifying requirements
* Ensure timely actioning of customer requests within allocated timeframes
* Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
* Perform some warehouse duties and lifting as required
What You'll Bring To The Team
* Customer service experience in a trade store/retail environment (desirable)
* Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
* Confidence and experience with computers and Microsoft suites
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Self‐motivated, problem solver and time‐management skills
* Be safety‐minded and promote all things safety within our branch
* Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
