About The Role
As a Final Trim Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating graders on road construction projects and leading a team of pavements specialists. You will work on complex earthworks, pavements, concreting, lighting, asphalting, and world-standard playing surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating graders on road construction projects with precision and accuracy.
* Liaising with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Leading a team of pavements specialists to deliver high-quality results.
What You'll Bring To The Role
* 5+ years' experience operating graders on road construction projects.
* Expertise in detailed earthworks with pavements.
* Precision Final Trim Operator skills.
* Valid Driver Licence and Construction Card.
* Proficiency with GPS systems (essential) and familiarity with UTS systems.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
* Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, with a hands-on approach.
