**The Role**: Pre-sales Specialist, Private Markets Solutions - APMEA
The Private Markets team is seeking a highly consultative Pre
- s ales Specialist to join our APMEA team, based in Sydney Australia. The Pre
- s ales Specialist plays an integral part in several phases of the client lifecycle. Y ou will be responsible for driving pre - sales activities, supporting revenue growth, and fostering client relationships in the region and assists our Implementation and Client Management teams post-close to ensure clients are getting the most value out of our solutions. The Pre
- s ales Specialist collaborates with the dynamic team of sales, solution architect, engineering, client management and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs and are properly supported by key client decision-makers. This position is client-facing and plays a crucial role in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our solutions can address their challenges effectively.

S&P; Global Market Intelligence's Enterprise Solutions - Markets division empowers firms to gain a new level of insight and control with an integrated solution that streamlines the collection of portfolio data, consolidates it on a single platform, and enhances key functions such as investor reporting, analytics and valuations. Our solutions power critical workstreams, generate more data-driven intelligence and ultimately improve returns for private markets participants in private equity real estate, infrastructure and private credit.

**Responsibilities**:
**Pre - sales Support**:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor presentations and demonstrations accordingly.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.
Respond to client inquiries, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the pre - sales process.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the APMEA region, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
**Language Skills**:
Utilize proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Produce solution responses, presentations, and documentation as needed to support client interactions and internal communications.
**Market Analysis and Intelligence**:
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the APMEA region, providing insights to inform pre - sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, positioning our solutions effectively in the marketplace.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and coordination in client engagement efforts.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to inform product development and enhancement initiatives.
**What We're Looking For**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre - sales, sales, or a related role within the Private Markets solution or technology industry.
Deep understanding of Private Markets, Real Estate and Infrastructure market requirements and operations, and knowledge of software solutions and product lifecycle.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and client requirements to identify opportunities for business growth.
