Job Summary
Lead and oversee the daily operations of our creative studio. This role ensures the smooth execution of design, video, and digital content projects while managing resources, timelines, and team productivity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and experienced in creative project management.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the creative studio, including project intake, scheduling, and workflow management.
* Oversee creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, deadlines, and brand consistency.
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of designers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to prioritize and allocate studio resources.
* Maintain studio processes, tools, and standards for efficiency and scalability.
* Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
* Evaluate and implement new creative tools, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in creative operations, studio management, or project management in a creative environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with creative tools and project management software.
