The Role
Innovate Energy is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in Nowra, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Your strong technical expertise and customer-focused approach will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair issues with commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems
2. Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing on a variety of HVAC equipment
3. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice and recommendations
4. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
5. Ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
What We're Looking For
1. Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an air conditioning and refrigeration service technician
3. Strong technical skills and knowledge of different HVAC system types and components
4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
6. A current driver's licence
