The Opportunity
Due to continued growth we are now seeking a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly high performing team.
You will work alongside successful legal recruitment consultants who will support your success.
You will be responsible for:
* Sourcing the best legal talent in the market;
* Growing and sustaining existing relationships with client's and key decision makers within global to boutique law firms, ASX listed and unlisted companies, and government departments;
* Managing the entire recruitment cycle from liaising with the employer to sourcing and screening legal talent, conducting interviews and facilitating the talent and employer connection.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a lawyer with 6 months – 2 years PAE, seeking an alternative career path which utilizes your legal industry experience OR you may be an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant OR a HR Consultant from within a law firm;
* Have a passion for people and strength for business development;
* Have the ability to build on existing and create new business relationships;
* Be someone who thrives in working in a high performance and results based culture.
