Job Opportunity:


The Sales and Contracts Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.



Key Responsibilities:


* Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract exchange and settlement
* Provide timely updates on project changes to the development team through variation register schedules
* Oversight of on-site sales suite operations, housekeeping, inventory, hardware, and collateral supplies
* Maintenance and update of CRM systems with accurate client and lead data
* Prompt issue resolution for buyer enquiries, ensuring a positive brand experience
* Collaboration with settlement teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience for buyers
* Administrative tasks including maintenance of Sales Kit (Dropbox) and materials for selling purposes
* Pricelist distribution and commission processing
* Sales reporting – weekly enquiries, platform performance, agent performance, conversion rate, and fallout rate
* Booking coordination – organisation of bookings for valuations, pre-settlement inspections, and key handovers
* Communication of any complaints or issues to the sales director
* Regular meetings with onsite agents



Requirements:


* Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate sector is preferred
* A thorough understanding of the buying and selling process is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, follow, and give instructions efficiently
* Proficiency in Propertybase Real Estate Platform
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to conduct market research and utilise that information effectively is important
* Effective collaboration with multiple agents and departments is also essential
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
