ABOUT OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for multiple Sales & Service consultants for our future intakes in Perth.
Working from both your home and the office, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and focused on converting inquiries into sales and retention outcomes. You’ll be working in a high-energy environment, while handling challenging customer conversations and evolving with the businesses changing needs.

These are permanent, full-time positions. You’ll be working Monday to Friday with some public holidays, shifts allocated between 9:00am - 8:00pm (rotating roster), so you need to provide full availability to work within these hours. Rosters will be issued 4 weeks in advance. Your IAG journey will commence with a comprehensive 8-week induction (fully paid).
ABOUT YOU
4. Previous customer experience, for example, sales, hospitality or retail.
5. A willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate.
6. Solutions focused, with the ability to think critically and analyse specific situations.
7. Basic computer skills – ability to troubleshoot basic tech.
Please Note : To work from home, you’ll need: high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.
