About the role
The role of the Mobile Home Loan Specialist is to proactively build and maintain relationships with our members, identifying their financial needs and providing them with options on a range of lending products and services.
Reporting to the Mobile Banking Manager, this position will provide personalised service to all existing and potential P&N Bank customers. The ideal candidate will be a capable and proactive lender, with proven skills and experience in business development and networking.
We are seeking candidates based in the Mandurah/Bunbury area to service our customers across the region and surrounds.
What will you bring?
* Extensive relationships, networking and business development skills
* Proven experience in a home lending role where you have had to manage the end-to-end lending process and customer experience
* Proven history in meeting and exceeding sales and service targets/KPIs
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills
* A desire to be an ambassador for the P&N Bank brand.
* Be open and flexible to before/after hours and weekend work, dependant on borrower's needs
