This is a unique, multifaceted leadership role—part operational manager, part environmental strategist, part business analyst. You’ll be responsible for leading all farm-based activities across our property portfolio, including crop and livestock production, while also leading the delivery of the Environmental Plantings (EP) program that generates high-integrity carbon credits.This role is perfect for someone with a rare blend of practical farming experience, ecological know-how, and commercial acumen—someone eager to help redefine how land is managedKey ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental RestorationLead the delivery of our biodiversity restoration program using the Environmental Plantings method.Collaborate with ecology teams to design and implement site-specific revegetation plans.Manage the full lifecycle of restoration projects—from budgeting and planning to planting and ongoing maintenance.Guide and mentor internal and external restoration teams.Integrate ecological plantings within active farm operations.Farm & Financial ManagementSupport the Executive General Manager and Property Managers in developing and managing farm budgets.Oversee reporting and performance tracking for cropping, livestock, and environmental projects.Analyse financial and operational data to inform strategic decisions.Assist in investment assessments and due diligence for new properties and development opportunities.Strategic Innovation & Continuous ImprovementStay ahead of trends in agriculture, biodiversity, and carbon markets.Proactively suggest operational improvements and innovation opportunities.Build and nurture key relationships across internal teams and external stakeholdeAbout YouYou’re a hands-on leader and strategic thinker with experience across both farming and land restoration.
