About the opportunity
Due to continued growth across our operations, we're seeking experienced Yard Hands to join our team working at Altrad's leading Kwinana Fabrication Facility. This is your chance to be part of a global organisation that invests in its people - offering reliable long-term work, hands-on learning and the opportunity to contribute to projects that keep Australia's industries moving.
Working Monday to Friday, 8 - 12 hours per day, with optional weekend shifts (6 - 8 hours on Saturday)
Located at Altrad Kwinana Fabrication Facility - Kwinana Beach, WA - ideal for candidates living South of the River
Casual contract, with minimum of 3 months work available
$39 - $43 per hour (inclusive of Casual Loading) + penalties for hours worked over 38 per week

About you
You're a safety-minded, team-focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Yard Hand supporting yard and warehouse operations
Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:
* High Risk Work Licence - LF (Forklift Truck)
* Willing to complete a VOC - High Risk Work Licence - LF (Forklift Truck)
* Construction White Card
* Australian Working Rights
* Ability to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
* Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team
* A practical, hands-on mindset with the confidence to take initiative
* A collaborative spirit - you know that success is a team effort
* Pride in your trade and commitment to doing quality work
