Blossom Buds Early Learning, family-run centre, is looking for dedicated Manager with experience in the Wallan Region.
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service and will play a key role in taking the centre to the next level. You will have opportunities to mentor and guide educators, form strong partnerships with families, and engage with the wider community. Your leadership will shape an environment where children, families, and staff feel welcome, valued, and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment that fosters children's growth and learning.
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
* Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community.
* Work collaboratively within the team to maintain high standards of care and education.
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre and driving continuous improvement.
* Guiding and mentoring educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development.
* Building and maintaining strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and staff.
* Engaging within the wider community to create meaningful connections.
What We're Looking For:
* ECT, Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
* A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* A passion for Early Childhood Education and a commitment to excellence.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
