Workforce Coordinator
This prestigious tournament will bring together 12 nations in a structured event format.
* We are seeking an experienced workforce coordinator to support delivery of local workforce plans, training and communications.
* The successful candidate will assist with logistics including uniforms, catering, transport, accommodation and workforce management.
* Ensuring safe, inclusive and consistent workforce spaces at venues is a key responsibility.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Maintain accurate workforce data in line with established processes.
* Support rostering, accreditation alignment and attendance tracking.
* Provide basic system support and troubleshooting.
Role Requirements:
* Coordinate daily frontline workforce operations including check-in, breaks and wellbeing.
* Act as a key contact for volunteers and program areas, providing direction and support.
* Support roster changes, issues management and workforce reporting.
What We're Looking For:
* 2-3+ years' experience in large-scale events, tournament workforce programs or volunteer management.
About the Event:
* The Asian Football Confederation has awarded Football Australia hosting rights for the 2026 edition of the AFC Women's Asian Cup.
* This marks Australia's second time hosting the event, after previously staging it in 2006.
* The event will take place in Western Australia, bringing together 12 nations in a tournament structure.
