About the Role

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotions
* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and project pipeline in Salesforce
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in the Pro AV and IT industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
