Facilities Management Specialist
As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of our site.
* Grounds Maintenance: Operate and maintain ride-on mowers and other grounds-keeping equipment to ensure lawns and outdoor areas are well kept and presentable. Ensure timely maintenance to prevent overgrowth and damage to surrounding assets.
* Cleaning: Conduct general cleaning and sweeping of work areas, including outdoor spaces and communal zones. Properly dispose of waste and regularly empty and maintain bins to prevent overflow.
* Security Alarm Checks: Perform routine checks to ensure security alarms are operational. Respond promptly to alarm activations or security concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel as needed.
* General Maintenance: Carry out light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, addressing minor plumbing issues, and performing basic painting or repairs. Assist with setting up and maintaining site facilities as required.
* Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment. Identify and report safety hazards, equipment faults, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
