With a strong pipeline of high‐value work, they are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design function on flagship projects.
The Role
This is a purely design-focused position, taking ownership of electrical building services design across major projects. You'll operate in a senior capacity, overseeing engineers, driving design outcomes, and acting as a key client interface throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical design across major building services projects
* Produce and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications
* Mentor and support junior/intermediate engineers
* Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure design is practical and buildable
* Engage with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project requirements
What They're Looking For
* Strong experience in electrical building services design
* Proven track record on large‐scale projects (ideally mission critical)
* Experience in a senior/lead design role
* Confident in a client‐facing environment
* D&C or contractor-side experience highly regarded
