Strategic Leadership Role
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop Departmental Objectives, Policies and Programs in Alignment with Company Strategy
* Manage Budgets, Forecasts and Reports to Drive Business Growth and Profitability
* Appraise Department Activities against Overall Strategies and Objectives
* Implement Process Improvements to Optimize Service Delivery and Operational Efficiency
* Develop Data Analytics for Key Performance Measures to Enhance Business Control and Strategy
* Improve EBIT via Automation, Innovation and Method Alignment across the Global Network
* Manage Laboratory Facilities Design, Planning and Build across Australia
Customer Partnerships:
* Establish Meaningful Connections with Partners, Key Opinion Leaders and Essential Customers
* Develop Initiatives to Improve Service Delivery and Quality
* Foster Engagement with Key Customers and Implement Strategies to Enhance Relationships
Team Management:
* Manage Staff Selection, Training and Development, Establishing Lines of Control and Delegating Responsibilities
* Act as a Curator and Developer of Internal and External Talent to Support Succession Planning
* Foster Cross-Functional Relationships among Senior Staff
Your Profile:
* Minimum 10-15 Years' Experience in Commercial Production or Science Technical Environment
* Experience in Developing Strategic and Business Plans, Budgets and Controlling Financials
* Proven Leadership and Team Development Skills, Promoting Company Values and Code of Conduct
* Strong Business and Report Writing Skills, Experienced in Board-Level Presentations and Public Speaking
* Possesses Vision, Strategic Thinking and Leadership Qualities, Making Informed Decisions
* Accountability-Focused with Results-Oriented Approach
