We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to a variety of materials. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
* Mix paints and coatings to the correct consistency and color
* Apply paint or coatings using a spray gun or other equipment
* Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets quality control standards
* Maintain equipment and tools in good working order
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience as a Spray Painter in a similar role
* Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
