The Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional professional to take on a crucial role within our organisation.
The position involves working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, focusing on corporate governance and administration management as well as acting as the secretariat of the TCA Board.
Duties include:
* Management of governance, OHS, IT systems, and regulatory compliance
* HR support, board secretariat, project support, internal and external reporting
* Office management and assisting the CEO
The ideal candidate will have flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to enhance operations and thrive in a supportive team environment.
Experience with financial management software such as XERO is desirable.
This role requires a strong ability to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Applicants must possess experience or interest in corporate governance, a solid understanding of IT systems, and practical knowledge of corporate governance in a small not-for-profit association context.
