We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Auxiliary Firefighter. As an Auxiliary Firefighter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of people and property across Queensland.
You will be part of a team that responds to fire and other emergency incidents, promotes community safety and emergency preparedness, and develops and maintains competencies through regular drills and training courses.
The functions of this role are unique, delivering high-quality fire, rescue, emergency, and disaster management services through a single agency. This collaborative approach across the service and with key stakeholders delivers improved safety outcomes for the community.
