Job Role
This hands-on position involves assisting with:
* Installing and connecting stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systems
* Supporting tradespeople on multiple tasks
* Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient worksite
Ongoing training and development opportunities are available to aid progress into roles like Plant Operator or Team Leader.
Key requirements include:
* Prior experience in labouring or construction
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and desire to learn
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and follow instructions
* Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
* White Card (Construction Induction) - essential
