About The Role
The Administration Officer Child Health provides administrative support to the Maternal Child and Youth Health Team, prioritizing workload effectively and performing duties responsibly in the absence of supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing patient bookings, and monitoring vaccination schedules.
Requirements
* While not mandatory, a relevant qualification (e.g., Administration, Child Health, and/or Immunisations) is well regarded.
* Pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks, will be conducted.
* This is a VPD risk role; evidence of vaccination or immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis may be required.
* A current 'C' Class driver's license is essential.
* A period of probation may apply.
