Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our manufacturing and distribution team in Penrith.
* Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as a Factory Hand, Production Assistant or Machine Operator.
* Candidates should possess excellent reliability, hard work ethic and physical fitness.
Key Responsibilities
* The successful applicant will perform factory labouring duties which may include manual handling and lifting when necessary.
* Loading moulds with plastic powder and de-moulding products from moulds is also a key responsibility.
* Additional tasks include weighing materials, stacking product on pallets and trimming plastic products and finishing concrete.
* Responsibilities also include completing paperwork accurately and using hand and power tools for trimming and fitting out products.
* Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be required to operate overhead cranes and adhere to safe work practices.
* Some heavy lifting may be involved.
