As an office assistant you will act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, visitors and contractors to our corporate office.
**About the role**:
- Greet visitors to the building
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide reception for MyState Bank and TPT Wealth Management (TPTW) departments
- Acting as first point of contact for new and existing clients and providing non-advice information in relation to TPTW products
- Participate in projects as required
**About you**:
You will have proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
