About the Opportunity
We are looking for two Pharmacists to join our established and growing ACOP team.
The first role is a fixed term part‐time (2 days per week) maternity leave cover contract, commencing from May 2026 and finishing in November, with the possibility of extension. This position supports residents at Leighton Aged Care Home, located in West Perth.
The second is a permanent part‐time position, working two days a week at Belmont Aged Care Home.
The role includes delivery of onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews, vaccination clinics, clinical governance, education and training.
Working in an interdisciplinary team with nurses, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, dieticians and GPs provides a rich clinical environment driving excellence in health outcomes for our residents.
We encourage applicants with strong communication skills, sound clinical knowledge, and who enjoy working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* An Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) Credential, or ability to obtain before June 30, 2026
* National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
* Evidence of 2026 Influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
