Senior Marketing Leader Role
This is a senior marketing leadership position where you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the strategy and execution of advertising, casino marketing, database marketing & communications, premium casino marketing, promotional offers, partnerships, entertainment, and special events & activations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key member of the property's senior executive team and be responsible for the development and execution of the property's strategic marketing plan.
* Develop property marketing plans including customer segmentation strategy, marketing reinvestment, promotions, offers, player events, premium casino marketing services, and customer loyalty strategy in collaboration with the group brand & marketing teams.
* Align the group and property marketing strategies to grow property and business unit revenue and profit.
* Partner with the group GM brand strategy and others to collaborate and influence industry and tourism bodies to ensure that regional tourism strategies deliver against crown interests/objectives/target markets at a property level.
About You:
* A minimum of 10 years of marketing leadership experience at a major hospitality or casino resort (integrated resort experience preferred).
* Strong experience in strategy development and marketing planning.
* Senior leadership experience with accountability for management and financial delivery.
* In-depth understanding of multi-channel communications, brand development, advertising, direct response, and relationship marketing.
* Experience in organizing, developing, and leading a high-performance team.
