Contribute to a passionate business delivering impactful, modern community health services.Collaborate closely with the CFO, Executive Leadership Team and an experienced Board.Influence financial strategy and performance across multiple sites and business divisions.Participate in succession planning for the CFO position.Shape the future of a forward-thinking organisation that values new approaches and encourages continuous improvement.Key Candidate RequirementsSenior financial leadership experience, with a proven record managing financial reporting and governance within fast-paced, multi-site organisations.CA or CPA qualification, supported by at least 10 years' post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership capacity.Advanced technical accounting and statutory reporting expertise.Demonstrated leadership skills in complex, high-value environments.Strong proficiency in ERP and finance systems.Experience providing strategic support to the CFO/CEO and Executive Leadership Team.Relationship-focused business partnership approach.Inclusive leadership style, committed to team development.Calm, analytical and solutions-oriented executive presence, with confidence to engage with Board and other senior audiences.Mindset geared towards innovation and process improvement, not just maintenance.Ambition to progress to CFO-level leadership.Experience in healthcare, aged care or not-for-profit sectors is advantageous but not essential.Leadership ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting and control functions.Manage statutory, audit and compliance activities.Direct tax and treasury operations.Supervise financial operations, including revenue and vendor management.Drive systems, data and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead on ad hoc strategic projects and reporting requirements.Coach and develop financial accounting and operations teams.Provide executive-level support and strategic input to enhance company performance.Oversee management of outsourced finance or shared-service providers.
