About the Role:
As the Senior Operations Lead, you will be the frontline manager of the Regional Service Centre (RSC), acting as the final point of escalation before the RSCM. You'll manage complex and sensitive case files, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service across disputes, claims, compliance, and licensing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct operational and technical support to the RSCM.
* Lead and guide the RSC team, ensuring alignment with KPIs and performance metrics.
* Manage complex cases including disputes, claims, compliance, and licensing.
* Deliver high-quality customer service and stakeholder engagement.
* Monitor team performance and identify gaps in operational knowledge.
* Represent the organisation in industry engagement and educational activities.
* Champion core values and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
About You:You are a confident and experienced leader with:
* Extensive knowledge of the building and construction industry, including legislation, standards, and codes.
* Previous exposure to claims management and compliance related to claims
* Strong operational leadership and resource management skills.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and mediation abilities.
* Proven experience handling complex and politically sensitive issues.
* Ability to build strategic relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
