Classification: HS2 - HS21
Salary per hour (exc. super): $33.79 - $37.35
Hours per fortnight: 38 - 40 hours - 5 days per fortnight, with days negotiable.
Employment Status: Fixed Term Part Time until 28/02/2027

The Medical Workforce Support Officer provides project and administrative support to the Medical Workforce Team, with a focus on enhancing medical workforce education functions, coordinating special projects, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the training experience of junior medical officers across their continuum of training. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive and highly organised approach, strong attention to detail, and strong computer skills in word processing, data collection and interpretation, and spreadsheet management. This position will focus on a new project being implemented at Bendigo Health and will support the preparation of international medical graduates to join the Bendigo Health workforce.
