About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Merchandise professional to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with local farmers, primary producers and trade customers.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatching of goods.
* You will assist customers with pricing and product queries, process counter sales and maintain safety processes.
* An ideal candidate will also assist with merchandise campaign material, maintain a welcoming, friendly and well-presented store environment, and loading and unloading trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries.
About You
* Success in this role requires teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* You are passionate about Australian farming and agriculture, with a keen interest in animal health and rural merchandise.
* Ideal candidates bring experience from a sales environment but we welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
* You demonstrate:

* A proactive work approach and practical organisational abilities.
* Outstanding attention to detail.
* Sound problem-solving skills and empathy for resolving customer concerns promptly.
* The ability to identify opportunities for improving internal sales processes.
* Competent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* A current driver's licence is required, and while a forklift licence is highly regarded, it's not essential.
