About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with an enthusiastic and positive work ethic. This role requires full accountability for contract documentation, administration processes, and supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance. You will have a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to contribute as part of a team. You will also be expected to align yourself to the LD TOTAL core values LEAF: Leadership, Ethical, Adaptable, Family.
Experience and Skills
* Industry experience in commercial landscaping, construction, or related fields.
* Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and documentation processes.
* Experience preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.
* Qualifications in Contract Administration, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field will be highly regarded.
