- Previous recruitment experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative and strategic and solutions focused
- Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing stakeholder needs
- Strong influential and resolution skills
