Founded in Ormskirk, before moving to Southport, the organisation has now grown into a family of independent insurance brokers, with businesses spanning the UK and Europe.

Following recent growth, DR&P Group has acquired multiple insurance businesses and is expanding both organically and via acquisitions.
The group is implementing a business change program to streamline and transform processes and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Account Executive to join DR&P Group.
This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong client management skills and a passion for insurance.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and suitable insurance solutions.
You will also maintain and grow the existing portfolio and proactively seek new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships as their primary contact.
Provide expert advice on insurance products, including commercial, property, and liability insurance.
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring policies are current and coverage is appropriate.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, leads, and referrals.
Assist clients with claims, liaising with claims teams and insurers to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to offer innovative solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Executive or Insurance Broker in an independent brokerage or similar role.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, especially in commercial lines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to manage client expectations.
Proactive in seeking new business and achieving sales targets.
Relevant qualifications such as Cert CII or ACII are desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management software.
